  3. Development & Execution
  4. Monitoring & Testing and
  5. Finalization or Closure
1. Project Initiation:
During project initiation, a detailed study should be done by the selected team members to make a thorough understanding about the project goal. Also analyze the various elements that aid the project to end with a successful outcome overcoming the risks and issues involved in the developing and finalizing stages.

2. Project Planning / Designing:
After analyzing the risks and stakes, develop a complete project plan and this should be in detailed writing specifying all the successive phases. While developing this plan, the team head should consider the offered budget and the plan should be finalized within the time limit available. Also strategies to tackle the intermediary changes or deviation from earlier request should be incorporated into the project plan well in advance itself.

3. Development & Execution:
Each team member will be responsible for the task assigned to them. Ensure proper understanding of project requirements in each phase and the communication should be very clear whenever there requires a deviation from the original project plan. Observe and verify the project status or progress with regular updating.

4. Monitoring & Testing:
Verify project performance in comparison with the formulated project plan. Immediate corrections should be done to prevent present variations or further variations from the approved project plan. Thorough testing is done to ensure utmost error- free working that matches the approved project plan. Satisfactory testing will also ensure continuance delaying of the project beyond the stipulated time and cost.

5. Project Closure:
The fully error-free functioning project is sent to the client for verification. After getting approval from the client, all the deliverables have to be transferred to the client's hands. Finally, higher customer satisfaction counts the project as a great achievement with the whole team work.
